Kentucky Corn Pudding

- 2 each egg, beaten shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 cups whole kernel corn, frozen, thawed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, salt and flour. Mix until creamy.
- Add milk then fold in corn.
- Melt butter in a baking dish. Pour corn mixture over butter.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour in covered dish. Stir pudding from bottom during first 30 minutes of baking. Uncover for last 15-20 minutes to brown.
