Kentucky Corn Pudding Recipe
An old family favorite from my grandmother. A soft mellow vegetable casserole. Baked to a golden brown.

Ingredients
  • 2 each egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn, frozen, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions
  1. In large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, salt and flour. Mix until creamy.
  2. Add milk then fold in corn.
  3. Melt butter in a baking dish. Pour corn mixture over butter.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in covered dish. Stir pudding from bottom during first 30 minutes of baking. Uncover for last 15-20 minutes to brown.

This is different indeed from my grandmothers. It sounds easy to put together also... I have to make this one with the chicken again recipe. Now how do I get to the group you invited me too???

I remember this also from my grandmother She also added cheese and peepers or chilies
