How to make it

  • Heat oil in a frypan or wok and toss the spring onions, garlic, corn and pomeat in for 2 mins over a medium heat
  • increase heat, add noodles, soy sauce and seasame oil and gently toss to incorporate all the ingredients.
  • pour over egg and turn to evenly coat noodles
  • cook for 2 mins stirring constantly
  • sprinkle with corriander and extra spring onion
