FETA CHICKEN

- 6 skinless, boneless chicken halves shopping list
- 1 package (6 to 8 ounce) tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- Italian-style bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9X13 inch-baking dish.
- Place chicken breast between 2 pieces of saran wrap. Gently pound chicken with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about ΒΌ inch thick; remove saran wrap. Place 1 ounce or more for taste of feta cheese in the center of each chicken breast, and fold and secure with toothpicks.
- Melt butter or margarine in small sauce pan (use however much you need). Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Pour bread crumbs on a plate and after chicken has been dipped in melted butter roll in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken in baking dish. If you have any butter or bread crumbs left pour butter over chicken then crumbs.
- Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
