Cold Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Cold Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
I got this recipe from my husbands co worker. She made it for a company picnic. It tastes very good and is easy to make. Perfect for these last hot days of summer! Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 -9 inch pie shells
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 butterfinger candy bars
  • Hot Fudge( how ever much you need to cover the top of the pies)
  • 1 cool whip bowl ( she did not put the size but I use the regular size)
  • 1 can condensed sweetened milk

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese. peanut butter, condensed milk in a bowl
  2. Break up butterfingers, fold in above mixture.
  3. Fold in whip cream.
  4. Put in baked shells(you can make your own or by the prepared ones at the store..the keebler chocolate crust is good) and top with hot fudge.
  5. Freeze and serve.
  6. I take out of the freezer about 20 minutes before slicing

Wow...this does sound like a great picnic dessert. Thanks for posting!

This sounds REALLY good !! I'm not a big peanut butter fan,but I would eat a piece of this in a heartbeat !

Michellem, you KNOW my addiction to peanut butter...this dessert sounds over-the-top delish. You know I'll be making this one!

I made these pies this past weekend! They really turned out beautifully. Everyone loved them! Thanks so much for a terrific recipe. PS - I used lowfat cream cheese and lowfat sweetened condensed milk....plus lite Cool Whip and light hot fudge sauce....with no ill effects.

Great recipe! Thanks for sharing
