This is a delicious take on the tradional lasagna. Very filling and comforting. Nice fall/winter sunday dinner growing up.

I had my first taste of chicken lasagna at a resturant on the hill and I was hooked from that point on. I had to find this recipe for my 30th birthday party. I hope I can do this entree justice because it so did do justice for my tummy. Let's not mention I ready don't know my way around the kitchen, but wish me luck.

Sorry, I need a clarification - is it 2 1/2 cups or pounds of chicken?

I made it almost as specified - wasn't quite sure if the recipe called for 2 1/2 chickens, or 2 1/2 pounds, or cups - I added around 2 pounds of packaged pre cooked chicken - which (because it was seasoned) may have added a bit too much salt (combined with the chicken stock and 1/2 tsp. salt - so I would cut back on the salt when making it again. The salt was my fault.

I love your version of Chicken Lasagna using cottage cheese rather than the more fattening alfredo sauces! Very nice! I will probably try this one!
Keep on cooking and sharing your great recipes!
