How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients but bacon in a bowl.
  • Preheat grill or BBQ (charcoal is great) to medium.
  • Oil grill and place bacon on.
  • Brush the upward side with the sauce mixture.
  • Cover and cook 3 minutes.
  • Turn bacon and brush other side.
  • Recover and cook a further 3 minutes.
