How to make it

  • In saucepan heat E.V.O.O, sauté onion, celery, green pepper until tender.
  • Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, Worcestershire Sauce parsley stir. Simmer for 30 minutes occasionally stirring. Add cooked shrimp and hot sauce to taste simmer another 3 minutes to warm shrimp add lemon juice.
  • Serve over hot rice.
