Cannoli Dip Recipe

If you like cannoli, you'll love this! Serve with strawberries, cinnamon graham crackers or crisp cannoli wrappers dusted with sugar and cinnamon.

- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, plus more for garnish
- 1-15 ounce container ricotta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- chopped pistaschios, optional
- 1-8 ounce container Cool Whip
Directions
- Chop up chocolate morsels so they are not whole pieces.
- In a bowl, add sugar, ricotta cheese, vanilla and chocolate.
- Stir until well blended.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Sprinke with additional chocolate.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fruit or graham crackers.
- ***You can also add chopped pistachios if desired***
