    Nice clever dish..Ive had the English version of this, beef tenderloin with foie gras but never tried it chinese..sounds great!!

    I have to try this! It sounds wonderful and I need to brush up on stir frying. For some reason, using a wok has me intimidated. The last time I did a stir fry, the vegies were a little mushy. Thank you for a great post :D
