Another favorite of mine from Dayton's/Marshall Field's/Macy's. The pine nuts, spinach and red pepper sauce give it a different flair. Good with skin-on mashed potatoes

Made the meatloaf toninght and loved it! The only change I made was to add a little kitchen bouquet to the gravy, this made it a tad bit richer. Thanks for a great recipe, it is a keeper.

Wow! That's a some awesome looking meatloaf! I love the use of the Pesto sauce in it. I have added it many a time to my Meatballs for Spaghetti and Pasta Dishes. I will try this one in the near future.
