Mustard-Apricot Glazed Chicken

A very simple but delicious glaze for grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves shopping list
- 2-3 TB Dijon mustard shopping list
- 4 boneles chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill. In a small bowl combine preserves and mustard, blend well.
- Oil grill rack when ready to grill.
- Brush chicken with mixture.
- Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occaisionally andbrushing frequently with apricot mixture.
