How to make it

  • Melt cream cheese and butter using a double boiler.
  • Saute shrimp, onions, celery, and pepper in 2 tablespoons butter.
  • Add to cream cheese mixture.
  • Add soup, seasonings, crabmeat, and rice.
  • Mix well and place in a 2 quart casserole.
  • Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.

    This sounds yummy!! I'm wondering which other fish I could use instead of crab and shrimp?
    I don't eat shellfish and other sea creatures, only scales and fins kinds... Have you tried any other fish with this?

    Oh my.... I have to try this as soon as it cools enough to turn on oven.. We have been using the gas grill for just about everything..
