How to make it

  • First you want to saute garlic and herbs in butter until garlic is slightly golden.
  • Now add in shrimp, stirring, letting shrimp are pink and done.
  • Finally pour in your favorite beer, approx. 1 minute.
  • Serve

    These were sooo good! I only used 1/2 pound of shrimp but I didn't cut the sauce as I was serving rice. I didn't use the cayenne and the red pepper flakes were enough hot for me. I didn't measure the salt and pepper. Just shook some in. Delicious. Added to IMI on 10/12/15.
