How to make it

  • Saute the shrimp in the butter in a skillet for two minutes. Remove the shrimp to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Add the cheese and toss to mix well. Prick the pie shell with a fork. Spoon the shrimp mixture into the pie shell. Beat the eggs, cream, onion and bell peppers in a bowl. Pour over the shrimp mixture.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
