Jiffy Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 15 oz cream corn

1 15 oz whole kernel corn

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

2 beaten eggs

2 sticks melted butter

8 oz sour cream

Directions

Mix all together in bowl by hand

Lightly spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray

Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 45 min
