    This recipe sounds pretty easy to make. I made a similar version today but without the jiffy corn muffin mix - instead added milk, sugar, and 13 saltine crackers. The Thanksgiving Corn Souffle was a winner! Your recipe sounds pretty good, too. Next time I need something easier, I'll give it a try.     I have a bunch of those little mixes that my mother used when I was growing up. Great stuff!
    You can do all kinds of things with it if you have an imagination.
