How to make it

  • Combine ingredients to form batter.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon butter to pan per batch.
  • Drop 1/4 cup measures of batter into skillet.
  • Cook 3 minutes per side.

    Me too. There are very few cheeses I don't like. I can't eat it plain, on burgers, melted over just about anything. Yummy.

    When I tried to fry my own cheese sticks, they didn't turn out so well, but this recipe seems like I'll have better luck. Love cheese, in love with cheese. I used to ask for it for Christmas.
