How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. In a greased baking dish, layer chili peppers, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. In a blender container, combine evaporated milk, eggs, flour, and salt. Cover and blend until well combined. Pour over chili peppers and cheese. bake about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Before serving, top with avocado slices. Makes 6-8 servings.
