German Hot Potatoe Salad

This is one of my mother's recipes that I grew up eating, it's really good. Love the flavor of this one. ENJOY
Ingredients
- German Hot potatoe Salad shopping list
- 6 medium potatoes shopping list
- 6 strips of bacon shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 chopped dill pickle shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list

How to make it
- Cook potatoes in jackets. (peel) Slice while warm.
- Mince bacon and saute in large skillet with onions, celery and pickle.
- Combine water, sugar, paprika, vinegar, salt and mustard. Heat to boiling point. Pour into skillet with bacon mixture - then fold in potatoes
