Irish Mocha Mint Drink Mix Recipe

Great hot drink on a cold night…make it even better by adding a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream to the mug after mixing it up!

Ingredients
- 2 (8 inch size) peppermint candy canes
- ½ cup instant coffee granules
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer, regular or vanilla flavor
- Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur, optional
Directions
- Break the candy canes up into several pieces, then process them to a fine powder in a food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until everything is well blended together.
- Store dry mix in a tightly covered container.
- To serve, add 1 heaping tablespoon of mix to a mug and stir in 1 cup boiling water.
- For the adults, stir in a shot of Bailey’s Irish Cream, if desired….sip and enjoy.

Yum...I am making this up for my daughter, she loves anything w/mint...then get her a small bottle of Bailey's IC and put it in her Christmas Stocking. What fun! Neat. :)
