Grandma Betty's Sugared Pecans are great as a snack, or added to desserts and salads. Also makes a great gift item!

Ingredients
- 1 lb of Peacn Halves
- 1 Egg White
- 1 tsp of Water
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
Directions
- Whip Egg Whitte with tsp of Water.
- In a large bowl, sift sugar, salt and cinnamon together.
- Pour pecans in egg white mixture and stir until well coated.
- Pour suga mixture over pecans and stir.
- Pour onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300 for 30 to 40 minutes, stiring every 15 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
