Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whip Egg Whitte with tsp of Water.
  • In a large bowl, sift sugar, salt and cinnamon together.
  • Pour pecans in egg white mixture and stir until well coated.
  • Pour suga mixture over pecans and stir.
  • Pour onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 300 for 30 to 40 minutes, stiring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.

    They are GREAT! Just got them out of the oven. Really FRESH pecans are the best. I just got some fresh from a friend and they are great in this receipe! Thanks! :-)

    I like your recipe! It seems as though the sugar should add a nice glaze to the nuts while in the oven. This just all sounds delicious! Thanks for posting this recipe!
