Ingredients
  • 12 oz cranberries, wash and remove stems
  • ½ c parsley, chopped
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • 2 T lime zest, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ c fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 T orange zest, finely chopped
  • 5 T honey or to taste
  • 1 T cilantro, chopped

Directions
  1. Finely chop the cranberries in the bowl of a food processor or chopper.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir together and refrigerate over night.
