Ingredients

28 large shrimp (about1-1/2 pounds) peeled and deveined

28 sea scallops (about 1/2 lb.)

1/2 cup butter or margarine

7 tablespoons lemon juice

5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Directions

Place shrimp and scallops in a large resealable plastic bag

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and paprika

Microwave at 50% power for 1-1/2 minutes or until butter is melted

Stir to blend;set aside 1/3 cup for basting

Pour remaining marinade over shrimp & scallops

Seal bag and turn to coat ;refrigerate for 1 hour-turn occasionally

Drain and discard marinade

Alternately thread shrimp and scallops on metal or soaked wooden skewers.

Grill, uncovered,over medium-hot heat for 6 min.,turning once

Brush with remaining marinade

Grill 8-10 min.longer or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque

If a person is going to go around giving low marks then they should have the backbone to state the reason why. If not then maybe you should keep your low ratings to yourself. Cherihannah has posted some great recipes, I've tried some of them. The only thing giving a low rating on a recipe without stating why proves is that you have a yellow streak a mile wide running down your back.

I believe they may be someone who had a sad family relationship because they gave the low rating also from a 5 down to a low mark on the Happy Family recipe. I felt bad at first but if someone has to resort to that then I guess they must be a hurting person who just can't enjoy this great site like the rest of us. So I feel that person needs prayers more than anything.Some people gave a 5 rating after that & brought some of them up because the average went down to 2. Thank you Lol
