Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook okra down in oliive oil until the slime decreases
  • Add sausage and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionaly
  • Now add seasonings to the mix
  • cook till onions start to gloss.
  • Add crawfish tails, salt.pepper and basil and cook for another 10 minutes
  • Add tomatoes and cook till all ingredients are done
  • I serve this with my Oven baked pork chops and creamy mashed potatoes with garlic
  • Have a glass of wine on me
  • Enjoy!

    We've had a hard time finding frozen crawfish since Katrine, which is odd since most of them come from china anyway. This looks like the way to DO OKRA!!

    I've been looking for a recipe to use one of those bags of crawfish. My mom makes something w/ it w/ yellow rice and it has a lot of processed foods in it (I can say it is yummy, but no veggies and not very healthy). I can't wait to try this! I'm going to the store to buy a bag of crawfish!
