- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 pound can of tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup Minute Rice, uncooked shopping list
- dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- dash, oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (the real stuff) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat milk, butter, and cheddar cheese until cheese is melted.
- Place layer of rice, tomatoes, seasonings, onion, and cheese sauce in casserole; repeat layers.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
