  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 TBLS BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TBLS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/2 - 1 TSP CURRY POWDER
  • 2 CUPS MILK
  • 1/2 LB UNCOOKED SHRIMP
  • 3/4 CUP PARMESAN OR ROMANO GRATED CHEESE
  • 12 OZ (REFRIG SECTION) SPINACH OR OTHER PASTA COOKED AND DRAINED AL DENTE IN SALTED WATER AND TEASPOON OF OIL
  • FRESH BASIL LEAVES FOR GARNISH (OPTIONAL)

Directions
  1. CLEAN SHRIMP
  2. IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN OVER MED-HIGH HEAT, MELT BUTTER OR HEAT OIL.
  3. IF USING OIL HEAT PAN FIRST BEFORE ADDING
  4. STIR IN FLOUR AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLY (1-2 MIN)
  5. BLEND IN CURRY POWDER AND MILK
  6. BRING TO LOW BOIL
  7. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM
  8. COOK, SITTING OR WHISKING OCCASIONALLY
  9. UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICK AND SMOOTH (3-4 MIN)
  10. FOLD IN SHRIMP AND CHEESE
  11. STIRRING TO BLEND JUST UNTIL SHRIMP ARE PINK
  12. POUR OVER HOT PASTA AND GARNIsH WITH BASIL LEAF AS DESIRED
  13. DELICIOSO!!!!!!! AND EASY AND FAST
