  • IF USING OIL HEAT PAN FIRST BEFORE ADDING
  • STIR IN FLOUR AND COOK UNTIL BUBBLY (1-2 MIN)
  • BLEND IN CURRY POWDER AND MILK
  • BRING TO LOW BOIL
  • REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM
  • COOK, SITTING OR WHISKING OCCASIONALLY
  • UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICK AND SMOOTH (3-4 MIN)
  • FOLD IN SHRIMP AND CHEESE
  • STIRRING TO BLEND JUST UNTIL SHRIMP ARE PINK
  • POUR OVER HOT PASTA AND GARNIsH WITH BASIL LEAF AS DESIRED
  • DELICIOSO!!!!!!! AND EASY AND FAST
