- juice of one lemon
- 1large ripe banana

How to make it

beat egg white until foamy
gradually add sugar and lemon juice
continue beating until stiff
slice bananas and add to egg white mixture
beat until stiff and well blended and holds a peak

My neighbor, whose young daughter is lactose intolerant, thanks you (so do I this is really good!). She has now adopted this recipe and Emily doesn't feel left out when desserts that have whipped cream are served. Especially strawberry shortcake which is incredible with this on it.

I have not found any problems.I always make sure that my eggs are fresh.When you break open your eggs you should always break one at a time and make sure they smell fresh.For those who have concerns use cool whip.Thanks
