This is a great sauce that keeps well in an air tight bottle, its almost to good and goes fast in our house!

Ingredients
- 4 long red chillies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20ml fish sauce
- 100 grams castor sugar
- 100ml vinegar
- 100ml water
Directions
- Pound garlic and chilli in mortar and pestle, then add all ingredients into a small size saucepan, bring to boil and reduce until a syrup consistency. Bottle when cold.
