My Catering Partners Parmesan Shrimp Recipe
This is a recipe provided by my catering partner Jimmy. This is one of his most requested recipes. We serve this often at our caterint events and everyone seems to love it and know you will too.

Ingredients
  • 36 jumbo shrimp
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 medium lemons cut in wedges

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails intact.
  3. Mix together olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add shrimp and toss lightly to coat then refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  6. Place each shrimp in bread crumb mixture and turn to lightly coat both sides.
  7. Arrange shrimp so that they aren't touching each other in an ungreased pan.
  8. Drizzle with melted butter then place pan on center rack of oven and bake 10 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
