Crusty Coconut Pie

- 1-1/2 cups coconut shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl dump coconut and add milk to it then let set until coconut soaks up the milk.
- Beat sugar and eggs together then add vanilla.
- Add coconut to the egg mixture.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
