- 1/3 c sugar shopping list
- 1/3 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 c all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 c crushed pineapple in juice, undrained shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ Beat together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add flour
- baking powder, and pineapple with juice. Mix well.
- Pour into oiled 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick
- inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes
- on wire rack. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
- Makes 12 Servings.
