Wow!!! What a great post. Meatloaf is one of my favorite dishes, but I get tired of it sometimes. This is the perfect twist.

This looks delicious! I know my family will flip over this, so I will have to make it.
Thanks for sharing!

Putting something in phyllo dough is never a bad idea. I have a recipe that fills phyllo dough with a combination of sautéed leek, blue cheese, and cream cheese, and complements it with a sauce made up of sherry, beef stock, and raisins. I'll try to find the actual recipe and upload it.

Your meatloaf looks delicious and actually taking a look at your recipes I loved each one of them. I don't know which one to try first. As phyllo is well known to us in Greece and we do nearly everything in phyllo I think I shall try your other meatloaf in crust. Your photos are great too, very professional. (I need some lessons). If you have any tips to share they are welcome.
