Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  • store in an airtight container in a cool spot
  • to serve: place 1/4 to 1/2 cup in a bowl
  • pour milk or soy milk over cereal make it look soupy
  • add honey or sugar to taste
  • add raisins, dried apples, chopped fresh apples are great
  • or any extra fruit or nuts that are in season
  • let sit for approx. 20 - 30 mins.. enjoy. it's very filling

    sounds like a delicious blend of nuts and grains! I've had oatmeal "Musli" which is similar, but as you can guess, was just oatmeal.

    I think it's Swiss..It's amazingly filling..It's important to let it sit so the oats and flakes have time to soak up some of the milk.. Hope you try it.
