How to make it

  • Preheat over to 325 degrees
  • Place roast in a large dish.
  • Mix all DRY RUB ingrediants together.
  • Liberally sprinkle & rub mixture over roast.
  • Cover roast with plastic rap.
  • Marinate in fridge for 2 hours.
  • After the roast has marinated in the fridge, mix the COOKING SAUCE in large simmer pot.
  • Sit roast into pot with cooking sauce, cover with foil & lid.
  • Cook for 4 hours.

    I always cover my roasts in foil, too - seems to keep them moist and nice! Your sauce and rub sound delicious. I love BBQ pork - this will be on the Must Try list...thank you! (and nice to find another "foil" person!)
