Pork Sandwiches

- MEAT: shopping list
- 4 lb shoulder pork roast shopping list
- DRY RUB: shopping list
- 2 tbsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar * still has molasses in it* shopping list
- 2 tbsp pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tbs cheyenne pepper * less if not a favorite of spicey* shopping list
- COOKING SAUCE: shopping list
- 2 cups apple juice shopping list
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp Worsey sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 325 degrees
- Place roast in a large dish.
- Mix all DRY RUB ingrediants together.
- Liberally sprinkle & rub mixture over roast.
- Cover roast with plastic rap.
- Marinate in fridge for 2 hours.
- After the roast has marinated in the fridge, mix the COOKING SAUCE in large simmer pot.
- Sit roast into pot with cooking sauce, cover with foil & lid.
- Cook for 4 hours.
