The cinnamon bread in this recipe is a nice variation. My family loves this dish.

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 carton(4 ounces) whipped cream cheese
  • 12 slices cinnamon bread

Directions
  1. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla
  2. Spread 1 tbs cream cheese on six slices of bread;top with remaining slices to make six sandwichs.
  3. Dip sandwichs in egg mixture.
  4. Fry on a lightly greased skillet untill golden brown on both sides.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite syrup. My family likes warm maple syrup.
