Golden Egg Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 package yeast

3 cups bread flour

4 Tbs. sugar

2 eggs (let warm to room temperature - I do this in the machine's pan)

6 Tbs. oil (vegetable or corn - I use a canola/vegetable mix)

1-1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup warm water

Directions

Put ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select white bread; 1.5 pound loaf. Light or medium crust works best.
