A little different twist to pimento and cheese. I added the eggs and Sweet pickles. A must try!

- 16 oz. medium cheddar cheese grated
- 1 large jar pimento drained
- 4 eggs hard boiled diced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Add Mayo to your desired preference.
