Another Breakfast Pizza Recipe

	Tnacndn / All my dishes 2 years, 2 months ago This is another recipe that I have had so long I don't even remember where it came from. I do know however that it a very tasty meal. I make this sometimes when we have company for breakfast on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Prep:10m Cook:30m Servings:6	Tnacndn

Ingredients

1-8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

1 lb. breakfast sausage cooked, crumbled, drained

1 C. frozen hash browns, thawed

3/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese (or your choice)

5 eggs

1/4 C. milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Put seperated crescent rolls on bottom of pan,flatten and press seams together to make one big piece of dough and press edges up sides of pan slightly.

Sprinkle sausage over crust.

Sprinkle potatoes over sausage and top with cheese.

Beat eggs and milk in mixing bowl until well blended then pour over sausage, potatoes and cheese.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set and golden brown.

This one is great with bacon too, or if you can find bacon sausage (yum) and tons of cheddar cheese on top is great too!! I have even eaten a slice cold, on my way to work, it's great!!
