This was so good! :) It was very traditional in it's finished texture, but not dry, of course. I used my venison/beef mix, fresh herbs and chili sauce, sriracha and mustard in the topping. I balled up some aliminum foil and put 4 of them in the bottom of the cooker and put the formed loaf on top of those, so it didn't cook in the liquid, but still steamed fine. :) I also added a few dashes of liquid smoke into the slow cooker. I cooked it for just under 6 hours on low and it was great. I know this isn't Asian, at all, but the shiitake mushrooms made me think it, so I made a great broccoli slaw to go with it and then we had sliced tomatoes. The kids had mashed taters, but no gravy! :) Thank you, P7O! My first slow cooker meat loaf!! Adding a link to IMI P7os Meatloaf
