Ingredients

1 and 1/2 pounds chuck or round steak cut into strips

1/ 3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 large onion sliced

2 bell peppers sliced any color

14 and 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes

4 oz can mushrooms drained

2 tablespoons soy sauce

10 oz package frozen french cut green beans

Directions

layer steak in bottom of slow cooker

Sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper stirring gently to coat the steak

Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to mix

Cover cook on low setting for 8 hours

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
