Ingredients
- 21/2lbs sweet potatoes
- 2-3T.butter
- 1/2c.brown sugar
- 1t.cinnamon
- 1/2t.salt
- 1/4t.nutmeg
- 1/2c.bourbon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cook sweet potatoes in skins till tender,peel and slice crosswise into1"slices
- Place in buttered shallow baking dish,dot with butter
- Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over slices,pour bourbon over all.
- Bake 30mins.
