Sweet Potatoes With Bourbon Recipe

Ingredients

21/2lbs sweet potatoes

2-3T.butter

1/2c.brown sugar

1t.cinnamon

1/2t.salt

1/4t.nutmeg

1/2c.bourbon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Cook sweet potatoes in skins till tender,peel and slice crosswise into1"slices

Place in buttered shallow baking dish,dot with butter

Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle over slices,pour bourbon over all.

Bake 30mins.
