I'd melt the chocolate in the microwave with the cream. I make my ganache this way for truffle recipes and it always works. Heat the chocolate and cream together for 1 minute on high then stir well until combined. If the chocolate didn't melt completely put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds more and stir again.

Those angels need to get my address straightened out. I love Mousse of any kind but especially chocolate with cinnamon.
