How to make it

  • A traditional Colonial American seasoning for pumpkin pie filling and other pumpkin or sweet potato dishes.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and keep in a sealed container.
  • Makes 10 teaspoons, enough for several pies or dishes.

    I prefer to make my own pumpkin spice, too. I do mine by the seat of my pants, so to speak. I'm glad to see an accurate recipe. Thanks!
