How to make it

  • Combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic and onion powder, celery salt and pepper. Lightly pound chicken, if desired. *I double bag the stuffing mix and roll it with either a rolling pin or a large can. Dip chicken in sour cream mixture to coat, then roll in crushed stuffing mix. Arrange chicken in large shallow baking dish( pieces must not touch). Drizzle butter over chicken, Bake uncovered, at 375 for 35 minutes or until done.
