Mmmaple Syrup Mmmuffins

If you like maple syrup as much as I do, these are yummy.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bran shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons maple syrup shopping list
- Combine ingredients, stirring to blend and spread over warm muffins. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all muffin ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into 12 muffin cups (paper lined).
- Bake at 400 degrees 18 to 20 minutes.

We have friends who send us pure maple syrup and it's so darn gooooooooood. This is wonderful because I can use the maple syrup in a recipe instead of on top of pancakes and waffles. Thanks.
