If you like maple syrup as much as I do, these are yummy.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bran
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- Glaze:
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons margarine
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Combine ingredients, stirring to blend and spread over warm muffins.
Directions
- Combine all muffin ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Spoon into 12 muffin cups (paper lined).
- Bake at 400 degrees 18 to 20 minutes.

We have friends who send us pure maple syrup and it's so darn gooooooooood. This is wonderful because I can use the maple syrup in a recipe instead of on top of pancakes and waffles. Thanks.
