Snacky Smores, a twist on smores. My wife whipped these up yesterday when she saw I opened the marshmellows. This is a great candy bar style treat. Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 small box golden grahams
  • 1 bag of marshmellows
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Using a double boiler melt 2 tbsp butter and the marshmellows
  2. mix the golden grahams and melted marshmellows in nonstick pan
  3. flatten out the mixture in the pan quickly before the marshmellow sets up
  4. in a double boiler melt the remaining butter, chocolate chips, add the vanilla extract
  5. drizle the chocolate over the cereal/marshmellow mixture
  6. let stand for 1/2 hour to firm up
  7. cut into squares and serve
