Snacky Smores Recipe

Add Step-by-Step Photos	Aballen / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago Snacky Smores, a twist on smores. My wife whipped these up yesterday when she saw I opened the marshmellows. This is a great candy bar style treat. Very easy to prepare. Prep:15m Servings:12	Aballen

Ingredients

1 small box golden grahams

1 bag of marshmellows

1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips

4 tbsp butter

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

Using a double boiler melt 2 tbsp butter and the marshmellows

mix the golden grahams and melted marshmellows in nonstick pan

flatten out the mixture in the pan quickly before the marshmellow sets up

in a double boiler melt the remaining butter, chocolate chips, add the vanilla extract

drizle the chocolate over the cereal/marshmellow mixture

let stand for 1/2 hour to firm up

cut into squares and serve
