How to make it

  • Using a double boiler melt 2 tbsp butter and the marshmellows
  • mix the golden grahams and melted marshmellows in nonstick pan
  • flatten out the mixture in the pan quickly before the marshmellow sets up
  • in a double boiler melt the remaining butter, chocolate chips, add the vanilla extract
  • drizle the chocolate over the cereal/marshmellow mixture
  • let stand for 1/2 hour to firm up
  • cut into squares and serve
