Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse off strawberries and take off steam top. Slice up in slivers like in other desserts. Place in bowl and add granulated sugar. Start pressing berries with fork to squeeze out juice, but not all of them you want some whole also add lemon and give last mix.
  • Have a skillet warmed with melted butter to place the croissant in.
  • Dipping mix: Mix together eggs, cream, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Dip the croissant in mix so that each side is coated and place in the skillet to toast flat side down first. Brown each side(inside and outside) Remove from skillet than smoothe on cream cheese and place two to three heaping tablespoons on cheese.Close the croissant and sprinkle with powder sugar and a little strawberry sauce. A mint sprig with a whole strawberry sliced in length but not through three time to let this fan out and show pretty.
  • This is sooo beautiful when its served. Elegant and Decidant!
