For those of you that dislike cauliflower, don't turn your nose up just yet. Roasted florets of cauliflower turn into creamy bits of goodness with a flavorful, crispy layer where the cauliflower meets the pan. I find they are reminiscent to french fries (without the guilt). Read more See less
Ingredients
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Rinse the cauliflower and separate it into florets. Place it on a baking pan.
- Drizzle the florets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
- Enjoy!
