Good Chicken Recipe

Here is a chicken recipe that also includes a unique stuffing. When I found this recipe, I thought is was perfect for people like me who just aren't sure to tell when the bird is cooked but not dried out. Give this a try.
Ingredients
- 6 lb. roasting chicken shopping list
- 1 cup of melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup stuffing mix-pepperidge Farm is good shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's LOW FAT) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.
- Fill Cavity with Stuffing and popcorn.
- Place in pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.
- Listen for the popping sounds.
- When the chicken's rear blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done.
