The Ultimate Garlic Lovers Dream Recipe

The Ultimate Garlic Lovers Dream Recipe
This garlic spread is pure heaven. Has an intense garlic flavor without much of the heat. It is incredibly versatile and although time consuming, it is worth every second.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, organic if at all possible
  • Garlic, one medium to large head

Directions
  1. Pour cream into small pan
  2. Peel and mince or crush garlic (it is ok to use a garlic crusher for this)
  3. Add garlic to cream
  4. Heat cream over medium heat stirring constantly until cream is reduced to thick butter consitency. This will take 20 minutes or more.
  5. Use this very versatile spread for anything and everything. Great on steamed vegetables, on walnut fig pizza, over pasta and practically on anything. It keep very well covered in fridge for at least a week.
