Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add crab meat and parsley. Stir and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in cream, parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
  • Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
  • Fold in monterey jack cheese and cook 1 minute more.
  • Fold in the bacon and stir.
  • Serve immediately, pouring sauce over pasta.
  • Garnish with fresh parsely, if desired.
  • Serve with crusty bread and a salad.

    Did you make this dish? I like how the ingredient list reads. I am not a pasta fan, but I will make this dish in a few days, take, of course step by step pics, and maybe a post. Thanks for this one,JJ.

    I have a similar one I use with bay scallops and prawns and I have often wanted to try it with crab.. this one sounds delish, so I'll give it a try!

    Oh, this sounds wonderful. Alfredo anything is wonderful, but with crab it must be sublime.
